Q: Do I provide the cleaning supplies or do you?

A: We provide all the necessary cleaning supplies unless you have a specific product you'd like used!
Q: Are you insured?
​
A: We are fully licensed, insured and bonded!
Q: Do we need to put our pets up?
​
A: NO!! We are massive animal lovers and will probably spend a solid 10 minutes loving your fur babies!
Q: Do I need to be home when you clean?
​
A: Not at all! However, if you are more comfortable being there, we'd love the company!
Q: Do you work weekends:

A: Yes! We typically work until 4 pm on weekends, but we can work later if that's what your schedule requires.
Q: What types of payment do you take?
​
A: We accept checks made out to Muggle Maids, cash or Venmo!
Q: Have you worked with children in the house?
​
A: Yes! Kids are naturally curious and outgoing and we love to answer their questions and hopefully fuel their love for cleaning!
Q: Do you wash dishes?
​
A: Not typically, however, we can do them for an additional charge.
Q: Do you move furniture and objects when dusting and vacuuming?
​
A: We do! Bigger items like couches and recliners only get moved when that is the deep clean room. We deep clean one room each cleaning! We lift everything up and dust under it.
Q: Are you willing to take out the trash?

A: Of course we take out the trash! We empty every trash can unless you specify not to!
Q: Do you do laundry and ironing?
​
A: We do not. We wouldn't want to be responsible for anything happening to your clothing or bedsheets!
Q: Will you clean appliances inside and out?
​
A: We clean the outside of every appliance and the inside of the microwave. We can clean the inside of the oven and refrigerator/freezer for an additional charge.
Q: Will you take out pets to the bathroom?
​
A: We typically don't, however, if your dog is crying and needs to go potty, we will put the leash on and take them! We will never make an animal suffer!
